Travis Lytle, Founder and President 

Travis Lytle is currently the Sr. VP of Commercial Lending at SmartBank in Chattanooga, TN. He is very active in his community and serves on several non-profit boards within the community: The Community Foundation, Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority, The Company Lab, and the UTC Multicultural Chancellor Advisory Council to name a few. 

 

Tonya Lytle, Founder and Treasurer 

Tonya Lytle is currently a Human Resources Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where she has been employed for the past 18 years.  She is a strong advocate for small businesses in the community. She provides bookkeeping and accounting services to various small businesses. Tonya is also very active in the community where she diligently serves through her work as a member of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Chattanooga Chapter of The Links Inc.

 

Travis Lytle, Jr., Founder and Vice-President

Travis Lytle Jr. (TJ) is currently enrolled in graduate school at Middle Tennessee State University. He is the Executive Director and Regional Manager of LegalShield in Middle Tennessee. TJ diligently serves his community and university by being an active member of several organizations, such as Student Ambassador to the President of the University and 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee. 

 

Jade Dodds, Esq.

Jade Dodds is a native of Chattanooga, TN  but currently resides in Nashville where she works for Corizon Health. Before recently moving to Nashville, Jade served on the Board of Directors for CARTA and Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy. She also served the community through her work with education initiatives as a member of the Chattanooga Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Jade also served as the president of the Urban League Young Professionals and as the dance instructor and youth leader at her church. 

 

Gabriel Franceschi

Gabe Franceschi is a native of Memphis, TN but has resided in Chattanooga for many years upon the completion of his BA and MBA degrees from UTC. He currently works for Tennessee Valley Authority, where he has been employed for the past 14 years. Gabe also serves on various boards within the community such as the Signal Centers and Sankofa, in which he serves as the Treasurer for both. 

 

LaTonya Blanks Rogers

LaTonya Blanks Rogers is currently a Medical Office Coordinator at Chattanooga Endoscopy Center. Being a native of Chattanooga, TN has given her a passion for volunteering and a love for her community. She is very active in her church, where she serves on the usher board and hospitality committee. In the community, she is currently a Girl Scout Troop Leader and a dedicated member of the executive board of Brainerd High Alumni Association.
